Customade Group has donated a range of toys to the Gloucestershire Bundles charity as part of their annual Christmas appeal.

Gloucestershire Bundles is a charity providing a helping hand for local families and children across the county, delivering emergency packs of toiletries, clothing and equipment to pregnant women and families with children up to the age of 16 who find themselves in crisis situations.

Customade Group, the national manufacturer of window profiles, doors and lantern roofs, has two sites in Stonehouse, and a further manufacturing base in Brockworth. The company employs 350 people in the county.

Customade gathered more than £250.00 of toys to deliver to the charity, to be added to the packages that will be supplied to local young families.

Rachel Rolfe, Group HR Director at Customade Group said: “Gloucestershire Bundles does such important work in our local community and as a large employer it is important that we contribute to their efforts. We employ 350 people in Gloucestershire, and I’m sure we all know someone who has benefited from a package like this at Christmas or knows of someone who has found themselves in need of support, so we are pleased to be adding to the donations the charity is receiving.”
