Phil Walker
Managing Director – Aluminium & PVC
As Managing Director of Aluminium and PVCu division, Phil has worked with many teams across the group to develop the best-in-class facilities that can deliver high quality PVC and aluminium product ranges to commercial, residential or social housing customers.
Phil’s previous roles include working with the commercial division at Anglian Windows, managing delivery for large social housing and public sector projects, and he has also worked in the automotive, utilities and chemical manufacturing sector during an extensive career.
Steve Hill
Operations Director –
Aluminium & PVC
As Group SHEQ Director, Steve is responsible for ensuring all aspects of manufacturing for the aluminium and PVC divisions are carried out to the highest possible quality, with health and safety at the centre of all operations.
Steve has more than 30 years’ experience in the industry, covering Manufacturing, Surveying and Installations; initially having worked up from roles on the shop floor, through to Technical Director.
Over the years, Steve has built up a wealth of Fenestration Technical knowledge, this has enabled him to work with supply partners and support the customer base on everything from New Product Development, Industry Regulation changes and General Consumer advice.
Will Gold
CEO
Will is the CEO of Customade Group, having previously held the role of Managing Director at Stevenswood, as well as board level roles in finance and leadership in a range of industries including manufacturing, energy, and retail.
As a highly skilled leader with a proven record for delivering real commercial value for stakeholders, Will is an advocate for a strong team-based culture in the organisations he operates. With the objective of providing the best possible service and customer satisfaction, Will’s approach is underpinned by use of market-leading systems, real time data and clear processes to deliver product on-time in full.
Rachel Rolfe
Group HR Director
Rachel has over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources, the majority of which has been within the fenestration sector having previously held roles at Duraflex and UK Window Group.
At Customade Group Rachel is responsible for HR across the businesses in the group and is working with the senior management team to develop the group as an employer of choice.
Paul Conacher
CFO
Paul is CFO of Customade Group. Paul brings considerable senior finance experience gained in the UK, Singapore and Australia. He has worked in a number of sectors including professional services, manufacturing and financial services and has a proven track record of developing strong finance functions.
Justin Evans
IT and Business Systems Director
As the IT & Business Systems Director of the Customade Group, Justin leads a strong team of experts in all areas of IT across our various business units, with a real focus on delivering change that helps both our Customers and Customade.
With over 25 years’ experience in various roles across many industries including Fenestration, Automotive, Telecoms, Banking and Defence Justin brings a wealth of experience to Customade, from both inside the Fenestration sector and wider.
Colette Palmes
Group Head of Procurement
Joined Oct 2022 – entire career has been in Procurement / Supply Chain since 1986 – began in Aerospace then moved on to various industries including Large Diesel Engines / Automotive / Glass Processing, then finally into Textiles for 25+ years of various types but laterally Technical Textiles, extensive experience of sourcing worldwide and having had the privilege to see the world via my job. Now enjoying learning about the Fenestration Industry and engaging with our large supplier base to try to optimise our purchases on Group Deals, improved payment terms and better service levels to the various sites.
Elaine Baird
Group Head of Marketing
As Group Head of Marketing, Elaine is responsible for marketing strategy and delivery across the Customade group. Previously worked in senior marketing roles in financial services, tourism and fenestration. Elaine is renowned for her dedication to marketing, delivering results through innovation and collaboration with customers and colleagues.
David Wheatcroft
Managing Director – Virtuoso
David Wheatcroft has a wealth of experience in management and executive roles in different sectors.
David brings this experience to bear in understanding the needs of customers and stakeholders and ensuring that they continue to enjoy a productive relationship. He is also tasked with developing and implementing commercial strategies to continue Virtuoso’s dynamic growth and identify opportunities for expansion.
Craig Scott
Managing Director – Stevenswood
Craig is Managing Director at Stevenswood, having been with Customade Group since 2018. Craig has more than 20 years’ experience in the fenestration industry, holding various roles in sales departments, manufacturing and installation operations.
At Stevenswood, Craig is driving excellent customer service and on-time delivery through the use of real-time data and processes, built on a strong team-first culture which has seen the business grow in the number of sales counters and geographical reach in recent years.
