In his role as Executive Chairman for Customade Group, Glen is supporting and advising the senior management team on implementing business improvement initiatives and the development of long-term business strategy that will deliver greater value and benefits for stakeholders.
Glen has more than 45 years’ experience in the construction industry, having started as an engineer before moving into a commercial career that has involved key roles with Redland plc, Marshalls plc, and notably, the Polypipe Group (recently renamed Genuit Group) where he held an instrumental role in leading the group through a period of significant growth and investment.
As the CEO of Customade Group, Nick has been entrusted to assess and oversee the reorganisation of the group to better meet the needs and demands of customers.
Nick has held key roles at companies from Anglian Home Improvements, United Utilities and Glanbia, and has specialised in bringing transformational change to businesses in order to help them achieve growth.
Group HR Director
Rachel has over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources, the majority of which has been within the fenestration sector having previously held roles at Duraflex and UK Window Group.
At Customade Group Rachel is responsible for HR across the businesses in the group and is working with the senior management team to develop the group as an employer of choice.
Managing Director – PVC
Nick has extensive experience in a diverse range of businesses from print production to the automotive sector.
Polyframe produces more than 6,000 window frames per week, and Nick is spearheading a drive to improve the service offered to window and door installers through a review of all operations within the factory.
Managing Director – Aluminium
Dean is the managing director of the new Aluminium Division, overseeing REAL, Atlas and Fineline Aluminium within the Customade Group. Dean has more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, including key roles for car part manufacturers and plastic injection moulding company RICOH.
As managing director of the Aluminium Division, Dean is leading the team tasked with bringing together the product offer and individual services of each brand within the division.
Managing Director – Doors
Tony is following in a firm family tradition of door manufacturing, having joined the business in 2004, and worked closely with his father, before taking on the reins in 2017.
Tony has spearheaded the recent move of the business to a new fit-for-purpose manufacturing facility in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear – a significant programme of work which has seen the upgrade of each manufacturing line and allowed for improvements to be made across all aspects of the business.
Managing Director – Trade Outlets
Will has been the Managing Director of Stevenswood since 2019, having previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer for two years. During his time with the business Stevenswood has developed into a leading distributor and merchant of uPVC and aluminium windows, door, glass systems and conservatories with 26 branches and trade counters throughout England and Scotland.
Will is an advocate of a strong team-based culture and has instilled a drive to improve through the use of market-leading systems, real time data and processes which is providing the platform for offering one of the best customer services in the industry.
Head of Operations Excellence
An experienced and dedicated production manager, Dan has significant track record in the fenestration sector, having held long term roles at MASCO UK Window Group and Rooms and Views Manufacturing.
As Operations Project Director, Dan is focused on significant operational projects that will drive forward improvements in our efficiencies and customer service.
