As Group Marketing Director of the Customade Group, Rachel oversees marketing operations across our various business units.
Alongside monitoring market trends, supporting product and service innovations and developing customer insights, Rachel will be responsible for implementing our brand and communications strategies Group wide.

With over 20 years’ experience in various marketing roles within the construction and manufacturing industries, Rachel believes that the marketing function should be the voice of the customer, ensuring that the customer is at the heart of everything we do.
