Customade is a leading UK manufacturer and supplier of uPVC and aluminium windows, doors and skylight products and, due to business growth, we now have an opportunity for a Purchasing Administrator to join our team based in Stonehouse.    


The role: 

You will be responsible for the co-ordination of tasks relating to the purchasing team, including: –


  • Answer incoming telephone and email enquiries 
  • Data entry input in an accurate manner
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Checking order acknowledgements
  • Expediting orders 
  • Continually seek to deliver an excellent customer service experience


Ideally you will have previous administration experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment together with good organisational skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages i.e. word, excel

This role offers a salary of £10 per hour, 40 hours per week, on site parking, employee discount scheme and discounts on our products.
