Customade now have an exciting opportunity for a National Sales Manager to join our team.  

The purpose of the role is to ensure we are maximising the performance of our regional sales managers, continually assessing capability and quality of the team, working closely with the commercial directors to implement the group and individual divisional strategies.

Key Duties include: –

  • To effectively communicate the vision and key proposition for the brands to the regional sales managers.
  • Ensure the sales budgets and targets are achieved across your team 
  • Drive though price increase and margin improvements. 
  • Work with other divisional colleagues to highlight opportunities and support where needed.
  • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives and strategies
  • Ensuring the regional strategies are inline with the group current requirement
  • Researching, analysing and setting price points to maximise sales and maintain healthy profit margins
  • Identifying opportunities by keeping track of competitor activity
  • Using industry knowledge to identify potential new markets and increase the market share
  • Collect and analyse data to identify customer trends and use to develop sales strategies to maintain or grow sales. 
  • Support product development by providing concise feedback on market/customer trends
  • Providing management reports detailing current activity and projection of sales by customer 
  • In the field side by side sales coaching 
  • Ensure the use of CRM across the team in line with company requirements to enable sales records and design reports to ensure that the data collected is being utilised effectively 

National travel and overnight stays will be required in this role.
