Virtuoso Doors are the leading composite door and PVCu panel manufacturer supplying trade customers nationwide. Based in brand new premises at Follingsby Park, we are now recruiting for a new role as a Customer Service Advisor. Reporting to the Customer Service Director you will be a first point of contact for inbound enquiries and complaints by telephone and email, delivering first class customer service and assistance to our customers. You will answer queries by providing information about products and services, respond to customer complaints by listening to the issues, determining root causes of issues and defects, and then liaising with colleagues and departments to solve issues accordingly. 

The Person:

  • Previous office-based customer service experience with customer interaction via telephone is essential 
  • Experience of complaint resolution in a fast paced environment is essential  
  • Product knowledge of doors is a distinct advantage 
  • The successful candidate will have great people and communication skills – friendly, patient, a strong listener and able to build rapport with people. A strong desire to deliver great customer service 
  • Strong administration skills, able to prioritise and work accurately and under pressure
  • Strong MS office skills is essential
